利用規約

クレオパトラ号ご利用及び撮影機材・備品等をご利用頂く際の利用条件を定めるものです。

当船舶をご利用になる際は、必ず本規約をお読み頂き、全ての条項にご同意頂いた上でご利用下さい。

当船舶をご利用された場合には、本規約にご同意頂いたものとみなされます。

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use set forth the conditions for using the Cleopatra sailing yacht, as well as any filming equipment, fixtures, and related items provided.

Before using this vessel, please read these Terms carefully and use the vessel only after agreeing to all provisions herein.
Use of the vessel shall be deemed as acceptance of these Terms.

注意事項

• 海上交通3法（海上衝突予防法・海上交通安全法・港則法）範囲外で事故が発生した場合、その責任を負いかねますのであらかじめ御了承下さい。
• 医師から運動や遊泳を禁じられている方、酒気を帯びている方は当船舶を利用することができません。
• 搬入搬出、片づけ、着替え等は利用時間内に含まれます。
• 次のご予約がある場合は、次の利用者にご迷惑がかかりますので、搬出、片づけ、着替え等をお申し込み頂いた終了時間に完了し、下船して頂きますようお願い致します。（ご延長のお申し出なく規定の時刻になっても退出されない場合は、延長料金が発生致します。）
• 当船舶ご利用に際しては、船舶、機材、備品、装飾品等について、盗難、紛失、破損、汚損などがないよう注意を持ってご利用下さい。
• 当船舶ご利用中に発生した、盗難、紛失、破損、汚損などがあった場合には、ご利用者の故意、過失の有無を問わず、原状回復に必要な実費をお支払頂きます。
• 当船舶内に常備されている機材、備品、電源等のご利用、機材等の移動や配線の変更等が必要な場合は事前に運営者までご連絡をお願い致します。その際は利用終了時原状回復をお願い致します。
• 運営者への連絡なしに機材、電源等のご利用及び移動や配線の変更等を行い、当船舶及び機材等の破損、その他船舶への影響が及んだ場合には、損害賠償金が発生する場合がございます。また、持ち込み機材をご希望される場合も事前に運営者までご相談下さい。なお、当船舶機材等のご利用や移動等及び持ち込み機材はご要望に応じられない場合がございます。
• お荷物及び持ち込み機材はご利用者で管理をお願い致します。
• 当船舶ご利用中に発生した不測の火災、事故、紛失、盗難等によるご利用者の損害やトラブルにつきましては、運営者では責任を一切負いません。
• 現在クレオパトラ号は死亡時お一人3000万円、対物１億の保険に入っていますが、不測の事故が起きた時に、保険で下りる金額以外の補償は出来ません。

Important Notes

In the event of an accident occurring outside the scope of the three maritime traffic laws of Japan (the Act on Preventing Collisions at Sea, the Maritime Traffic Safety Act, and the Port Regulations Act), the operator shall not be held responsible. Please acknowledge this in advance.

Persons who have been advised by a physician to refrain from exercise or swimming, as well as persons under the influence of alcohol, are not permitted to use the vessel.

Loading and unloading of equipment, cleaning, changing clothes, and similar activities are included within the reserved usage time.

If there is a subsequent reservation, please ensure that unloading, cleaning, changing, and disembarkation are completed by the scheduled end time so as not to inconvenience the next user.
If you remain on board beyond the scheduled end time without requesting an extension, additional extension fees will apply.

When using the vessel, please take all necessary care to prevent theft, loss, damage, or soiling of the vessel, equipment, fixtures, or decorative items.

In the event of theft, loss, damage, or soiling occurring during use of the vessel, the user shall be responsible for paying the actual costs required for restoration, regardless of intent or negligence.

If you wish to use onboard equipment, fixtures, power supplies, or need to move equipment or alter wiring, please contact the operator in advance. All items must be returned to their original condition upon completion of use.

If equipment, power supplies, wiring, or fixtures are used, moved, or altered without prior notice to the operator, and such actions cause damage to the vessel or equipment, compensation for damages may be required.
Please also consult the operator in advance if you plan to bring your own equipment. Note that some requests regarding onboard equipment usage, relocation, or brought-in equipment may not be accommodated.

Users are responsible for managing their own belongings and brought-in equipment.

The operator assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, theft, fire, accident, or other unforeseen incidents affecting users during use of the vessel.

The Cleopatra is currently insured for up to 300 million yen per person in the event of death and 100 million yen for property damage. In the event of an accident, no compensation beyond the insurance coverage amounts can be provided.

以下の方は当船舶のご利用をお断りさせて頂きます。

1. 18歳未満の方のみのご利用
2. 酒気を帯びた方及び精神錯乱状態の方
3. 背信的悪意者及び 暴力団関係者
4. 当船舶の利用規約にご同意頂けない方
5. その他当船舶運営者が不適切であると判断した方

【18歳未満の方がご利用になる場合は、保護者同伴でのご利用をお願い致します。また、新型コロナウイルス・インフルエンザ等の他の人に伝染又は感染する恐れのある疾病を有している方は、感染している間のご利用はお断りさせて頂きます。】

Prohibited Users

The following individuals are not permitted to use the vessel:

• Groups consisting solely of persons under 18 years of age
• Persons under the influence of alcohol or in a state of mental instability
• Individuals acting in bad faith or affiliated with organized crime groups
• Persons who do not agree to these Terms of Use
• Any other individuals deemed inappropriate by the operator

Users under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Persons suffering from infectious diseases such as COVID-19 or influenza that may be transmitted to others are not permitted to use the vessel during the period of infection.

• ご利用開始までに、ご利用者(代表者)の方の身分を証明できる運転免許証・お名刺等のご提示をお願い致します。
• 当船舶入りはご予約時にお申し込み頂いた開始時間からとなります。
• 当船舶利用時間の延長は、その時間に他のご予約のない場合のみ1時間単位で承ります。
• ご予約当日に天災、紛争等不可抗力によるやむを得ない事情により当船舶の利用が出来ない場合であっても、運営者は損害金等を一切お支払い致しませんので予めご了承下さい。
• ご利用の内容が不適切であると判断した場合には、ご利用(ご予約)を取り消し又はご利用の制限をする場合がございます。その場合に、運営者は損害金等を一切お支払致しません。
• 当船舶下船時は、原状回復をお願い致します。
• 個人情報については、関係各法を遵守するとともに、その保護と適切な利用に細心の注意を払い、個人情報の管理体制を徹底するよう行っております。詳しくは「プライバシーポリシー」をご参照下さい。

Additional Conditions

Before commencement of use, the representative user must present valid identification, such as a driver’s license or business card.

Boarding the vessel is permitted only from the start time specified at the time of reservation.

Extensions of usage time are available in one-hour increments only if there are no subsequent reservations.

If use of the vessel becomes impossible on the day of reservation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or conflicts, the operator shall not provide any compensation for damages.

If the operator determines that the intended use is inappropriate, the reservation may be canceled or usage may be restricted. In such cases, no compensation shall be provided.

Upon disembarkation, the vessel must be returned to its original condition.

With regard to personal information, the operator complies with all applicable laws and regulations and takes the utmost care in its protection and appropriate use. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

禁止事項

以下の撮影は当船舶では禁止としております。

1. 危険物･火気･臭気の強いものを使用した撮影や危険を伴う撮影、当船舶を汚す恐れのある撮影
2. 法律で禁止されている物、法律で禁止されている行為の撮影
3. ワイセツ、不順等風紀を乱す撮影　当船舶のイメージを損ねる撮影
4. その他当船舶運営者が不適切であると判断した場合

以下の項目に該当する行為は禁止と致します。

1. 申し込み時の内容以外の利用
2. 当船舶があるマリーナ内及び敷地内での、座り込み、大声での歓談等近隣にご迷惑がかかる行為
3. 火気、その他危険物等、当船舶の破損や汚損する可能性のある物の持ち込み
4. 船舶内での喫煙
5. 宗教活動
6. 船舶内の機材や備品等の持ち出し
7. 船舶の利用権の譲渡
8. 船舶のイメージを損ねる行為
9. その他当施設運営者が不適切であると判断した行為

Prohibited Activities

The following types of filming are strictly prohibited on this vessel:

• Filming that involves hazardous materials, open flames, strong odors, or any activity that poses danger or may cause damage or contamination to the vessel
• Filming involving items or actions prohibited by law
• Obscene, immoral, or indecent filming that disturbs public order or morals, or damages the image of the vessel
• Any other filming deemed inappropriate by the vessel operator

The Following Actions Are Prohibited

• Use of the vessel for purposes other than those stated at the time of application
• Acts within the marina or its premises, including sit-ins, loud conversations, or other behavior that may cause inconvenience to neighboring facilities or users
• Bringing onboard fire sources, hazardous materials, or any items that may damage or soil the vessel
• Smoking inside the vessel
• Religious activities
• Removal of onboard equipment or fixtures from the vessel
• Transfer or assignment of the right to use the vessel
• Any actions that damage the image or reputation of the vessel
• Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the facility operator

その他

• 当船舶ご利用時に発生する一般のゴミは全てお持ち帰り頂けますようお願い致します。
• お車でお越しになる場合は、マリーナ内駐車スペースがございます。駐車場に駐車してからお越し下さい。
• 当船舶での撮影及び撮影された作品に関して、第三者が有する著作権侵害のトラブル等、その他二次(以降) のトラブルが生じた場合でも、運営者はその責任を一切負いません。
• ご利用時間内であっても、スタッフが状況確認のため船舶を巡回させて頂くことがございます。
• 予告無しに、内外装、機材、設備、備品等が変更される場合がございます。
• 近隣住民から苦情が来た場合即座にご利用を中止して頂きます。また運営者がふさわしくないと判断した場合も、即座にご利用を中止して頂きます。その際、料金のご返却や損害金等は一切お支払い致しません。
• 利用規約に反する行為を行った場合、運営者の指示に従って頂けない場合、利用規約に反する行為により船舶及び近隣に被害、損害等が生じた場合には損害賠償金が発生致します。
• その他、定めの無い問題が発生した場合には、運営者の指示に従って下さい。
• お客様に予告なく利用規約を改正する事がありますので、予めご了承下さい。

□航行中は船長の指示に従ってください。

□本同意書に反する行為があった場合、当船舶のご利用をお断りさせていただきます。

Other

All general waste generated during use of the vessel must be taken home by the users.

If you arrive by car, parking spaces are available within the marina. Please park in the designated area before coming to the vessel.

With regard to filming conducted on the vessel and any resulting works, the operator assumes no responsibility for copyright infringement claims or other disputes involving third parties, including any secondary or subsequent issues.

Even during the reserved usage period, staff may patrol the vessel as necessary to confirm safety and conditions.

The interior and exterior, equipment, facilities, and fixtures may be changed without prior notice.

If complaints are received from nearby residents, use of the vessel must be stopped immediately. Use may also be terminated immediately if the operator determines the activity to be inappropriate. In such cases, no refunds or compensation will be provided.

If users engage in acts that violate these Terms, fail to follow the operator’s instructions, or cause damage or loss to the vessel or surrounding area as a result of such violations, compensation for damages will be required.

In the event of issues not specified in these Terms, users must follow the operator’s instructions.

These Terms of Use may be revised without prior notice. Please acknowledge this in advance.

• While the vessel is underway, all users must follow the captain’s instructions.
• If any actions are found to be in violation of this agreement, use of the vessel will be refused.

プライバシーポリシー

1. 個人情報の利用目的について

収集した個人情報は利用者確認・照会・ダイレクトメールの発送等、サービスに関する各種ご案内の為に利用されます。その他当社で必要とされる作業の範囲外の目的では使用しません。

2. 個人情報の第三者提供について

収集した個人情報は、法律上公的機関への届け出・提出が必要な場合、事故等での緊急時を除いて第三者へ提供しません。

3. 個人情報の開示等について

収集した個人情報の開示、内容の訂正、追加、削除の求めがあった場合には、速やかに対応いたします。

Personal information collected will be used for purposes such as user identification and verification, responding to inquiries, sending direct mail, and providing various notices related to our services.
Such information will not be used for any purposes beyond the scope necessary for our operations.

乗船注意事項

クレオパトラ号にご乗船頂くにあたり、

安全・快適にお過ごし頂く為のご案内と注意事項です。

• 旅客定員は16名です。（うちスタッフ3名）
• 船室は土足厳禁でお願いします。
• 手荷物はキャプテンルーム又はクルールームに置き、貴重品にはご注意下さい

※万一紛失されても責任は負いかねますのでご了承下さい。

• トイレは清潔にご使用下さい。

※トイレご使用後は黒いボタンを押して下さい。押している間水が流れ続けます。

※トイレットペーパーは洗面台下の扉を開けるとありますが、詰まり防止のため必要最小限のご使用をお願いします。

• ライフジャケットの着用をお願いします。（キャプテンの指示があった場合も）
• 操縦席はキャプテンの許可がある場合のみ立入り可能です。

※昇り降りは必ず後ろ向きで！又、頭上にご注意下さい。

• 航行中の移動は危険ですので船を停船してからの移動をお願いします。

※気分が悪くなった場合はスタッフまでお声掛け下さい。トイレに閉じこもると更に悪化することがあります。

• 泥酔での乗船、また乗船後の泥酔はお断りします。
• 船内禁煙にご協力をお願いします。
• キャビン内及び、操縦席の計器には絶対に触れないで下さい。
• 航行中のキャビン（入口）のドアは必ず閉めて下さい。（排気侵入防止）

※荒天時はドアが閉まっていても反動で急に開き、思わぬ怪我をすることがあるため施錠をお願いします。

• 前方のバウデッキに移動の際はスタッフの指示に従い、充分注意して移動して下さい。

※サイドを歩く際は急な船の傾きなどで落下しないようサイドの手すりを片手は順手、もう片方の手は逆手で摑まって下さい。

※航行中バウデッキにいる場合は揺れで滑り落ちないようバウレール等におつかまり下さい。

• 船上、船内での暴言、暴力行為及び、お客様やスタッフへの嫌がらせ、セクハラ行為はお止め下さい。
• 環境保全のため海へのゴミ投棄はお止め下さい。また私的なゴミはお持ち帰りをお願いします。
• お財布や携帯、カメラなどの貴重品を海中に落とさないよう充分ご注意下さい。
• 遊漁に於いて釣りをする場合、針を手や眼に誤って刺したり、錘を足の上に落とさないよう充分ご注意下さい。
• 濡れたデッキは滑りやすいため横転にご注意下さい。
• 安全上、また環境や燃費に配慮して速度を抑えて航行することがあります。
• 下船の際は船が完全に停止し、船着き場と船舶の間に落下しないようご注意下さい。

※無理な下船は大けがのもとになります。

• 万一人が海に落下するなどの緊急時には即時に大声でキャプテン又はスタッフにお知らせ下さい。
• 船内の水道は飲用ではありません。飲料水をご用意ください。
